Our agency, existing since 2012 (the actual work experience of the employees is since 2010), a member of the World Association of Detectives, invites everyone to take a private detective course. We have movie tutorials of general character, but individual programs are also provided in the mode of Skype sessions. The courses are designed with a focus on the practical side of detective activity in Russia. At the moment available only in Russian language.

In accordance with Article 5 of the Law “On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation”, private detectives are allowed to carry out the surveillance to obtain the necessary information. However, the law prohibits data acquisition on personal life, political and religious beliefs. Therefore, surveillance (vision) will not be legal in all cases. To clarify whether there are legal grounds for surveillance in your case, please, contact us.
All stated above is illegal for private detectives. However, you can always contact us for advice, because sometimes the client misunderstands the operating principles and the way his problem should be solved. Often the information can be found out by legal means, if only there are legal grounds for rendering the service.

We provide such services in specific situations. However, we give no guarantees for a positive result. The cost of our work is 2-3 thousand rubles per hour.
The answer is yes. Very often we provide assistance to lawyers or directly to the parties of the case in collection of certain evidence. Actually, the decision is always taken by the judge, but the experience has proven that the winner is the one whose arguments are supported by the result of the conducted detective investigation.
Unfortunately, we abandoned the idea of a franchise (opening agencies under our brand in other regions of the Russian Federation). This is fraught with difficulty. It is easier for us to work all over Russia or to cooperate with local detectives in all regions of the Russian Federation. Regarding assistance in obtaining a license, no mediation is required here. It is enough to prepare the necessary package of documents, undergo special training (if there is no legal education or experience in law enforcement) and contact the licensing authority at the place of your registration. As for further employment, it is a question of your abilities. Our detective agency offers job vacancies at-times.
These services are legal when we are talking about the debtor, in respect of which the enforcement proceeding is initiated. In addition, private detectives cooperate with bailiffs, sharing information. In other cases, an individual analysis is required to determine the legal grounds.
In accordance with Article 1.1. of the law “On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation”, a private detective must be an individual entrepreneur. Of course, it is possible to establish a legal entity where this individual entrepreneur would be the general director or a contractual partner, but this form of activity leads to double taxation and extremely complicates the document flow. Currently, it is impractical.
